Affiliate Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Coordinator to support the Client Services and Distribution Team. This position will offer support through reporting, newsletter creation, and contact management etc. for our advertisers and media partners. The Affiliate Coordinator will perform some, if not all the following functions:

  • Provide regular weekly/monthly reports for advertisers and media partners
  • Build, distribute, and analyze operation, sales, and accounting reports for each campaign using Salesforce, Excel and our online tracking software
  • Perform data analysis on simple data sets and provide actionable recommendations
  • Assist in design and building of quarterly advertiser PowerPoint presentations
  • Design weekly affiliate newsletter and develop content
  • Maintain Contact Database for Media Partners and Advertisers in Salesforce


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in online marketing and/or affiliate management preferred
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Basic knowledge of Dream Weaver, Photoshop, or any other html authoring and editing tools
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve complicated problems with actionable solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as

Client Engineering Consultant

SmarterChaos is looking for a Client Engineering Consultant. This is a unique hybrid role within our company that combines aspects of consulting, sales, technical implementation of partner technologies, and solutions architecture. The CE Consultant is responsible for providing and implementing technical solutions and strategies to achieve our client’s digital marketing objectives, while identifying increased revenue opportunities for SmarterChaos during consulting and integration projects with our clients. 

This is a quota carrying position with reporting responsibility to the Chief Technology Officer.

Job Type: Full-time position in our Castle Rock, CO office. **This is not a Remote position**

  • Lead solution engineering and implementation projects for SmarterChaos clients
  • Translate client problems into use cases and architect solutions that can be solved and demonstrated within the Impact stack
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities for SmarterChaos across the client’s digital marketing channels and propose SmarterChaos service solutions to solve the client’s identified pain points
  • Ensure ongoing client success and be a client advocate/liaison with the focus on driving new revenue streams


    • 4-year bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in relevant business, technical or analytic field preferred
    • 3+ years in client facing role in solutions engineering, technical sales or client delivery
    • 3+ years of hands on experience in digital advertising, database or SAAS solutions
    • Platform experience with digital advertising or analytics technologies


  • Knowledge of the Impact tech stack
  • Knowledge of Ad-Tech, SAAS or database solutions, specifically DMPs, DSPs, digital identity management solutions, analytics tools, etc.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with demonstrated abilities or training in solution sales
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with people from varying functional areas and levels of responsibility ranging from analysts through to the C-Suite
  • Business and technical understanding of data or SAAS solutions
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated success autonomously managing complex projects that require input from many stakeholders
  • Knowledge and or certification of the Impact platform is a plus.
